Return & Exchange Policy
We offer returns and exchanges within 2 days from the date of purchase. If 2 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The product must not be damaged due to misuse or handling by the customer
- Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange
2. Damaged or Defective Products
- Returns or exchanges will be accepted if the item is found to be defective or damaged
- You must report such issues within 2 days of delivery
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories of products may not be eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
4. Return / Exchange Process
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected for quality check
- You will be notified via email upon receipt of the returned product
- All the exchanged and replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days

- Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted
